Important Instructions for Student and Institution 

• 📢 ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रण – शैक्षणिक सत्र 2024-25
  
  सत्र 2024-25 (BC-EBC & SC-ST) हेतु पोस्ट-मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति पोर्टल दिनांक 25/08/2025 से 25/09/2025 तक खुला रहेगा।
  सभी प्रधानाचार्य / नोडल पदाधिकारीगण से निवेदन है कि यह सुनिश्चित करें कि सभी पात्र छात्र-छात्राएँ समय पर छात्रवृत्ति हेतु आवेदन कर सकें।
  📌 नोट: वर्तमान में PMS पोर्टल सभी प्रकार के पात्र कोर्स में अध्ययनरत छात्र/छात्राओं के लिए खोल दिया गया है।
• 📢 Online Application Invitation – Academic Session 2024-25
  
  For the session 2024-25 (BC-EBC & SC-ST), the Post-Matric Scholarship Portal will remain open from 25/08/2025 to 25/09/2025.
  All Principals / Nodal Officers are kindly requested to ensure that all eligible students apply for the scholarship on time.
  📌 Note: The PMS Portal has currently been opened for all types of eligible courses for students.
• 1. Only the Nodal Officer of the Institution is authorized to Register/Login or log in to this portal.
• 2. Institutions are Responsible for verifying and forwarding applications from their students for further processing.
• 3. Please inform students Residing in Bihar to apply through the Bihar Post Matric Scholarship Portal.
• 4. Institutions are requested to register on this portal and add courses to enable their students from Bihar to apply for the Post Matric Scholarship.
• 5. Students can only apply for courses that have been added by their respective institutions.
